My experience comes from understanding property from more than one angle. Alongside my own renovation projects, I grew up working within a family property development business with close involvement in the trade side of projects. I have helped prepare quotes, worked through costs, sourced materials and seen how work is priced and delivered on site.

Because of this, my focus is always on sensible decisions early on. How a space should work. Where money genuinely adds value. Where savings can be made. And what is realistic once work begins.
